What is my response time?
I will typically respond within 24-48 hours, however sometimes I may be delayed. Please check my social media in case I have closed the workshop for the holidays or vacation.
What are the care instructions for each toy?
Each toy has a care instructions label that also lists the materials. Generally, the vegan leather items are wiped only with a wet cloth and air dried. Cotton toys should be hand washed and air dried, but not submerged, as water can get into the squeakers and cause them to stop working.
What is the return policy?
Currently, I am not accepting returns/refunds.
Under certain circumstances, I may process a refund/return/replacement, so please reach out if you have any issues.
When will I get my order?
Typically, I will ship within 3-5 business days if the item is in stock. Pre-orders for items that are out of stock will be shipped in the order they were placed, and I will communicate the time frame and any delays.
I cannot provide a guaranteed delivery date at this time.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are hand made locally by Vex.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
